This is Jake,
he is one good looking man,
but it's not his looks that make him good looking; it's his character, his sense of humor, his way of thinking, and the risks he's willing to take.
Jake called me awhile back, and said he was walking in
Charleston, SC, and someone approached him, and asked if they could take his picture. Turns out they were working for a model agency, and they really liked him. The problem was, Jake never modeled, nor had a portfolio. He didn't have a clue, he never even thought about it, but he was willing to take the risk. That's where I came in. I didn't want to shoot him in a studio, I wanted it to be natural. To me, Jake is perfect for outdoors, whether it's advertising vehicles, commercial, or working for L.L. Bean, Brooks Brothers, Sperry, Lands End, etc.
It was a hard shoot, but he gave it his all, and in the end it turned out great.
He is a really good guy, and I wish him the best of luck with his future career!
